The minimum age to use key11 is 18. No person under 18 may open an account or play on key11. Valid government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification.

If a user is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded. key11 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the protection of minors.

• Transactions involving money laundering or illicit funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to key11's servers or network.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
